Appointment Etiquette
Life can be unpredictable, and situations may emerge that are beyond control; however, maintaining open communication is crucial. Should there be a need to adjust your appointment, it is requested that changes be communicated at the earliest opportunity.
Cancellation or Rescheduling: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service total will be charged. This policy is in place to ensure that the opportunity to accommodate other clients is not missed.
No-Show Appointments: Recognizing that unforeseen events can occur, there remains a firm policy for no-show appointments. Not attending an appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Pre - Booking
To ensure that you get the date and time that you prefer, it is advisable to book your appointments at least 4 weeks in advance.
For evening and weekend appointments, I recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance.
